Land Bank to Develop 2 Carriage Town Blocks

Quoted from a Flint Journal article:

"The Genesee County Land Bank wants to rebuild a blighted section of the Carriage Town Historic District, renovating or replacing every home in a two-block area at a cost of about $2 million.

Land Bank Chairman Daniel T. Kildee said work could begin this summer, and the city's Historic District Commission has already approved designs for four separate styles of new homes."
